These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket purchases for events hosted by Les Bons Oeufs ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

1. Tickets & Entry

  • Each ticket is valid only for the specific event, date, and time stated at the time of purchase.

  • Tickets are sold on a per-person or per-pair basis, as specified in the event description.

  • Proof of purchase may be required for entry.

  • Entry is at the discretion of the event host and venue.

2. Age Requirement

  • All attendees must be 18 years or over.

  • Valid photo ID may be requested on entry. Failure to provide ID may result in refusal of entry without refund.

3. Ticket Transfers

  • Tickets may be transferred to another person only with prior written approval from Les Bons Oeufs.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry if ticket details do not match the registered attendee information.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Tickets are non-refundable except where stated in Section 6.

5. Event Format

  • Event details (including menus, wines, timings, and format) are subject to change.

  • Any changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

  • Shared tables, paired tickets, and social formats are intentional and form part of the experience.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Tickets are non-refundable if you can no longer attend.

  • If an event is cancelled by Les Bons Oeufs, you will be offered either:

    • a full refund, or

    • a ticket transfer to a future event.

  • If an event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

7. No-Shows & Late Arrival

  • Late arrival may result in missed elements of the event without refund.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

8. Alcohol Consumption

  • Alcohol may be served at some events.

  • Responsible drinking is expected at all times.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone deemed intoxicated.

9. Conduct

  • Les Bons Oeufs events are designed to be inclusive, respectful, and welcoming.

  • Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behaviour, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

  • We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed unacceptable, without refund.

10. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

  • Dietary requirements must be submitted by the stated 5 days prior to the event.

  • While we will do our best to accommodate requirements, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

11. Photography & Media

  • Photographs or video may be taken at events for promotional purposes for events sponsored by brands.

  • By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed unless you notify us in advance. However, as we aim to keep our members identities private only hands or blurred images may be used for social media.

  • We ask guests to only take photos of the food, the venue and themselves during our events.

12. Liability

  • Attendance is at your own risk.

  • Les Bons Oeufs accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury sustained at events, except where caused by our negligence.

13. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, or venue issues.

14. Data Protection

  • Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.

  • Information provided will be used solely for event administration and communications.

  • If you meet anyone you’d like to connect with feel free to exchange details however Les Bons Oeufs will not share anyone’s personal details.

15. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
